  • Rolled out an onboarding web app experience in 3 months, partnering with the risk management team to reduce constraints to open checking accounts online, increasing sales by 10x, and decreasing customer time needed to activate accounts from 1 hour (on-site) to less than 5 minutes (online).
  • Managed a team of 10 developers through scrum methodology, partnering with cross-functional teams to prioritize and create user stories to implement new features, and leading the complete software development life cycle.

  • Increased credit card sales by 7x in digital channels by collaborating with e-commerce partners to launch a new digital credit card with a discount on the first purchase in those partnerships.
